Anonymous usage analytics - basic activity data (no names, emails, or financial content) to help us improve the app. Technical data - crash reports and error logs to keep things stable. We don't collect bank credentials, payment card details, or any external financial data.
Are my bank credentials safe?

Yes. We never store or see your bank or card credentials. All connections are handled by licensed, EUβregulated openβbanking providers (PSD2 compliant). You authenticate directly with your bank, and ARKAD Wallet receives readβonly tokens to sync data securely. Your cards and accounts remain fully protected. We only receive and store your account balances, transaction history, and transaction details required to display your financial overview within the app.
Can I delete my data?
